California 100x0.01g digital precision scale
The California 100x0.01g is a pocket scale that weighs up to 100 grams with an accuracy of 0.01 gram. That level of precision makes the model suitable for weighing small, valuable amounts where a few milligrams of difference is already noticeable, such as jewellery or other light items. The weighing surface is small but stable, and the scale switches between gram, ounce, grain and carat, so you aren't tied to a single unit.
The display is large and fitted with a blue LED backlight, so the numbers stay easy to read even in low ambient light. An automatic calibration program compensates for small deviations that can build up over time, keeping the reading reliable without needing a separate calibration weight.
Use
Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and let it settle at zero after switching it on before putting anything on the weighing plate. Use the included protective cover as a small weighing tray for powders or granules, which prevents spills and keeps the plate clean. Wait until the number holds steady before noting the reading; slight vibrations in the surface underneath can otherwise make the display fluctuate briefly.
Maintenance and specifications
Clean the weighing plate with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid liquids that could get into the mechanism. Store the scale in its protective cover when not in use, which protects the screen from scratches and dust. Batteries are included, so the scale is ready to use straight out of the box.
Weighing range: 100 grams. Accuracy: 0.01 gram. Units: gram, ounce, grain, carat. Lighting: blue LED backlight. Included: batteries and protective cover.
