Saving pollen with the bottom tray
Every time you grind, a little fine dust falls through the screen in layer three. That's the pollen or kief, the most concentrated part of your herbs. After a few weeks there's a layer in the tray at the bottom. Scrape it together with a card and sprinkle it over a next portion, or keep it separately.
