Chuchuhuasi bark, 50 grams - whole
Chuchuhuasi originates from South America. The bark of this Chuchuhuasi tree has been used for many centuries by indigenous tribes of the Amazon rainforest because of its unique properties. In Peru, it is called Chuchuhuasi, which loosely translates to “shaking back”—this refers to the traditional use of the bark to treat certain physical ailments. How did they do this? Easy! Local tribes simply drank a cup of bark tea three times (or more) a day to experience the effects.
Using Chuchuhuasi
Take 1–2 teaspoons of cracked bark per person. Let it boil for a few minutes before pouring it into a pot, then let it steep for a few minutes.
