Straight Glass Bong 18cm: the classic straight bong in a compact size
A straight neck, a round base and nothing else in the way. This is the basic model most smokers start with, and plenty of them never switch. The bong is made by hand from borosilicate glass with a 3.2 mm wall, which is thicker than most bongs in this price range.
Why a straight neck?

How to use it
Pour water into the base until the bottom of the downstem sits just under the surface.
Grind your herbs, a grinder keeps it even, and fill the bowl.
Light up and draw slowly. The smoke bubbles through the water and cools down.
Pull the bowl out to clear the chamber in one go.

Care
Change the water after every session, old water starts to smell fast. Once a week, a rinse with isopropyl alcohol and a spoonful of coarse salt keeps the glass clear: shake, pour out and rinse with warm water.
Frequently asked questions
Isn't 18 cm too small?
For home use it's actually a practical size. It fills up quickly, cleans easily and fits in a kitchen cupboard. Bigger bongs cool more, but they also take more upkeep.
Will it break easily?
At 3.2 mm this glass is on the sturdy side for its size. It can handle a knock against the table edge, but no glass bong survives a drop onto a tiled floor.
