Dab Rig Bong 17cm: compact glass rig with a short path
At heart, a dab rig is a small water pipe. A regular bong has a big chamber that fills up, a rig keeps the route as short as possible. What you inhale still passes through water, it just reaches you faster. This 17 cm rig is made by hand from clear borosilicate glass with a 2 mm wall.
Rig, bubble bong or straight oil bong?
The three 17 cm models in this range look alike, but they draw differently. The rig is the most compact. The Oil Bong 17cm has a round bubble chamber with more water, the Glass Oil Bong Straight 17cm a straight tube with a side bowl. Want more cooling? Have a look at the bigger water pipes.

Care
A small chamber gets dirty faster, so change the water every time. Give it a quick rinse with isopropyl alcohol now and then, so residue never gets the chance to harden. Rinse, let it drip dry, done.

Do I use a dab rig differently from a bong?
The principle is the same: water in until the tube is just covered, then draw slowly. Thanks to the small chamber you need less breath.
Why 2 mm glass and not thicker?
It keeps a rig this size light and easy to handle. 2 mm borosilicate glass copes well with heat.
