Curved Glass Bong 18cm: glass bong with a neck that bends towards you
With a straight bong you lean forward to reach the mouthpiece. This curved version turns that around: the neck comes to you, so you stay upright while you draw. Otherwise it's the same sturdy 18 cm bong, made by hand from borosilicate glass with a 3.2 mm wall.
What the bend does
The curve is about more than comfort. Pull a bit too hard and the water bubbles up, it usually stays caught in the bend. Want a more direct pull from a straight model? That's the Straight Glass Bong 18cm, in exactly the same size.
Tips for use
Keep the water level low, just enough to cover the downstem. The pull stays light and nothing reaches the neck. Finely ground herbs burn more evenly than coarse bits, so a small grinder is well worth having.

Keeping it clean
A brush struggles to reach inside the bend. Use liquid instead: pour in a splash of isopropyl alcohol with coarse salt, cover the openings and shake. The salt scrubs the bend clean too. Rinse with warm water afterwards.

Does a curved neck draw heavier?
Hardly. The smoke travels a few extra centimetres, which you won't notice while drawing.
Is it stable?
The base is wide and low, so the centre of gravity sits at the bottom. With water in it, it stands firmly on a flat surface.
