Wolkenkraft FX Mini
The FX Mini is a compact, portable vaporizer from the German brand Wolkenkraft. It uses full convection: the air is heated first and then flows through the herbs, so they never sit directly against the heating element. You set the temperature yourself between 160 and 220 °C, and according to Wolkenkraft the device is ready in under 30 seconds.
The housing combines aluminium, stainless steel, glass and PEEK. On top sits a glass mouthpiece with a filter system, and small LEDs show what the device is doing: blue while heating, red once the set temperature is reached. In the chamber you use the included quartz capsule; a stainless-steel capsule for extracts is available separately from the manufacturer.
Use and care
Charge the FX Mini with the included USB cable and do not use a charger with a higher voltage than the manufacturer recommends. Clean the chamber and mouthpiece regularly with the included brush to keep the airflow clear.
