VitaProsta: pumpkin seed oil and vitamin E in softgels
Pumpkin seed oil is pressed from the seeds of the pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo) and has long been a familiar ingredient in supplements for men. VitaProsta by VitaNu, a Morningstar Pharma brand, combines 1500 mg of this oil with vitamin E. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The oil comes in soft gelatin capsules, so they're easy to swallow.

Pumpkin seed oil: 1500 mg
Vitamin E: 10 mg (83% RI)
Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin
Contents: tub of 60 capsules (42 grams). Because of the gelatin, VitaProsta is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
How to use
Take one capsule twice a day with a glass of water, for example with breakfast and dinner. Do not take more than two capsules a day. A supplement is no substitute for a varied diet.
